I read this post because I generally respect only a few people I've come across on the web. Mike Elgan is one of them. (I highly recommend his newsletter if you like geeky computer stuff).
This isn''t really the sort of thing I use as my mantra, but I took 60 seconds to check it out. It's solid advice...not rocket science, but solid advice none the less. The guy who wrote the book seems to be your typical "rah-rah" type, but amazingly I've found these guys to have some great concepts under all the slick sales crap!
